Getting older...

Dh and I took some of our ODN's senior pictures yesterday. We had a really good time, and she was a great subject. Here is a teaser picture of one of the 346 pictures we took yesterday.

And then there were four...

So this last Saturday we took a road trip to Hearts United for Animals. We have been talking about having four dogs for awhile, and we finally felt that it was time to add the fourth precious little baby to the family. It was great to see Carol and the other volunteers again, and they loved seeing how our three babies have grown and changed since they were adopted. We talked with Carol for awhile, and then she helped us find what we were looking for...and here she is. This is Ebony. A 7 month old Pomeranian mix. She is laid back, and just an absolute lover. She loves being held, and is soaking up all the attention. Here are some pics of her in her first few days here...

Back from camp

We picked up ODS from camp this last Friday. He was gone for the whole week at a Jr. High camp...which he loved. Here are a couple pics from us picking him up.

Some altered work...

Here is some altered letters that I did for the boys to hang on their doors. Plus I did an altered canvas for each one of our dogs. We have them all hanging up on a wall in our livingroom - they look so good all together.

Dog Days of Summer...part 2

They're back! The puppies are finally back in the house! They all look so good! The girls got baths, nail trims, and a good fluffing. Chewy got his "studly" cut - and he knows it! LOL!! Here are a couple pics!

Dog Days of Summer...part 1

So the puppies went to the groomers today. Chewy is getting his haircut, and he was so happy when he figured out where we were going (he loves getting his haircut). The two girls are getting bathed and being brushed out thoroughly! They both need it! Here are the before pictures...check back later for the after pictures!

Weekend update...

This weekend was our town's annual softball tournament weekend. Instead of being at the games we ended up with quite a few kids at our house chilling in the pool. The dogs didn't seem to mind - they just wanted to sleep! LOL!!


ODS headed off to camp today. He is really excited to be gone for a week, and he gets to spend the whole week with three of his good friends - in the same cabin! Have a great time ODS - I'll miss you!

Sometime this week I am going to post the remaining LOs that I did for the year 2007! I only have 2 left to finish for the year - then I can finally start 2008! Better late than never...I am also going to post a couple altered letters that I did for the boys, so stay tuned...

Party Time

Last night YDS had his 10 year old birthday party. They swam, played Playstation, played with Bionicles, at cupcakes, had a sleep over, and just had a great time! Here are a couple pics...

Photo Shoot...

YDS finally had his chance to do his 10 year old photo shoot. He was really excited to look tough on his bike - LOL! He truly is getting older!

15 years...

DH and I have been married for 15 years! I made him a framed LO of our trip to Colorado for our anniversary which he is excited to hang up in his office. Thanks for 15 amazing years sweetie!

Saltdogs take two...

About two weeks ago the boys' baseball teams headed to a Saltdogs baseball game, but it was rained out. The players came out to sign the baseballs the boys had, and the boys were given tickets to attend a different game. So that is what they are doing tonight - and they can't wait!

Another year older...

YDS has finally hit the double digits! He woke up with a precious smile, and he has turned into a young boy right in front of my eyes! He is growing up so fast! Happy Birthday Little Shooter!

Aspen...

We spent our last full day in Colorado heading down to Aspen. We wanted to see the John Denver Sanctuary, so we took off early in the morning. It was a very pretty drive to Aspen; although there were some hairy parts of Independence Pass that made me freak out! (Just ask DH) Here are some pictures of our last adventure in Colorado.
