Monday Afternoon Football

ODS had his third game this afternoon. It was really nice to have a home game. Both sets of grandparents came to watch him play, which he really appreciated. He had a good game, with one amazing tackle! I was so proud of him, and I was ecstatic that I got a picture of it. Here are some of the highlights. Enjoy.

Football Sunday (again)...

I took a ton of pictures today. YDS was a captain for today's game - I was so proud! He had a really good game today, including a tackle! WTG buddy! Here are quite a few pictures from today. Enjoy!

Football Saturday...

YDS had a football game this morning; and just like at the other games, I took tons of pictures. He had a great game with a fumble recovery, and he even got to carry the ball today. He was proud to tell me that he got 5 yards on that play - WTG YDS!! Gma and Gpa were even there to watch the action. Here are a few of the highlights from today's game. Being a fan...

ODS has spent the last four years participating in the football league that YDS is playing in this year. It is a strange feeling for ODS to just be a fan. During the YDS's game today, he looked very contemplative, and a tad lost. He loves this game - actually he loves playing this game - so I believe that he was wishing he could be out there with his little bro knocking heads and taking names.

More Jr. High Football...

ODS had another Jr. High football game this last Monday. They won 38-28, so they are 2-0 on the season. ODS was close to getting a couple of touchdowns, but he did get a couple of 2 point conversions. It is fun to watch these games; DH said it is just nice to be a spectator for ODS now.
